TCS - Requires MBA freshers in Analytic Process

Job Summary:

Process: Market Research

Sub Process: Analytics.

Designation/ Role: Team Member (Process Associate/ Sr.

Process Associate.)

Qualification: MBA / Any post graduation.

( BE/ BTech/ MCA/ / M.E/ M.Tech/ MBA -HR qualified candidates are not eligible.

Experience: 0- 4 years. ( MBA Freshers are welcome)

Work / Job Location: Baroda.

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of Market Research and business sense to understand context of results

Experience / Knowledge of Statistical modelling/analysis

Curiosity to interrogate results and find answers to business questions

Basic proficiency in results interpretation

Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST

Responsible attitude and good attention to detail

Should be good with use of Excel

Should be flexible working in shifts

Very Important : Candidates will be assessed on different statistical tools like Probability, Correlation, regression, different types of test like Z test, F test, etc. (written test)

Request you do your lessons in Maths/ Stats, ( Probability/ Sets )since the written test is very tuff.

Basic Requirements:

1. Candidate should be a fulltime graduate.

2. Not more than 2 years of gap in graduation or employment.

3. Willingness to work in shifts

4. Candidates who have attended the selection process in the last 6 months (either selected-not-joined or rejected) will not be eligible.
