Eligibility :

• BE/ B.Tech - ( CSE/IT/IS)  / MCA candidates.
• 0 -2 year of experience, preferably with a product development team.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Ruby on Rails Developer/Lead

• Excellent hands-on skills with Ruby on Rails (Preferably Rails 3.0+)
• Knowledge and experience in relational databases preferably MySQL
• Experience in Performance Tuning and Benchmarking
• Good experience with Javascript/Ajax/Jquery coding skills
• Good understanding of web standards, CSS-based design, cross-browser compatibility
• Good understanding of web technologies and familiarity with Unix/Linux
• Exposure of TDD/BDD is a plus
• Have great problem-solving skills and an independent work ethic
• Should be able to work from scratch on own based on the market requirement
• Experience dealing with customers and their requirements
• Worked in Agile Development Process
• Able to handle a team and take the responsibility for the deliverables and releases
• Ability to work under deadlines ensuring good quality

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Good verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to details
• Self starter and ability to work independently or as a team on multiple tasks/projects concurrently
• Experience of working through an entire project cycle - requirements, design, implementation, review, testing and documentation.
